# What is this?

In short, you’ll earn points for purchases. You can use them to earn discounts for future purchases, so the more you shop the more you save.

# Who can join?

Anyone. So SIGN UP. In fact, signing up itself gets you 1000 points.

# How do I earn points?

You can earn points for making purchases.
10 points for every Rupee spent.
Redeemable at every 10000 points for a value of 100 rupees.
To see all the ways you can earn points click the *Points* tab in the menu.

# When do I GET my points?

Points are allotted 7 days after you receive your order. The 7-day window is to adjust for any refunds or exchanges that happen in between. 

# How do I view my point balance?

Your point balance is on every page in the bar.

# How do I redeem my points?

Select the tab called *Redeem Points*. Here you’ll see all the rewards we offer. If you have enough points, you can redeem them for a reward.

In short, just remember this "If you have 10000+ points with you BEFORE making a purchase you are eligible for an immediate discount on your NEXT purchase"

# Tell me again. How do I redeem my points?

Let me tell you how it works. 
Imagine you come over to our site for the 1st time! (Welcome!)

You register yourself and get allocated 1000 POINTS.
You like our products/colours (we are humbled!) and say you buy 2 French Terry Products worth 489 each.
Your total = 978 rupees.
You are provisionally (read next question) allocated 9780 points.
At this point, your total is 10780 points (1000 for an account + 9780 for the purchases)

But BEFORE making the purchase you were at less than 10000 points.
So despite your total being 10780, you are not eligible for a discount yet.
From your next purchase, however, you are eligible if you choose to use them.

# Why am I not allocated "permanent" points immediately?

We understand this issue. Here is why we cannot offer permanent points immediately. They are provisionally allotted subject to returns/exchanges. 
Sometimes customers order products via COD and cancel once its time for delivery. Sometimes customers order products but require a size change. Our objective is to ensure that you get the correct product and value for your purchase.
So we need the time to adjust for any issues related to our products (like sizes adjustment or delivery within a certain date) since we are 100% accountable for the same!
# How long does it take for my points to become permanent?
Ideally, after you receive your order and if you are satisfied with it :)

# Is there a limit to the number of points I can earn?

No. Go ahead and earn as many as you can!

# What do the 'approved', 'pending' and 'canceled' statuses mean?

Approved: These points can be redeemed on rewards immediately (Permanent)
Pending: These points are needed to be verified before you can redeem them. This typically applies to purchases and referrals (Provisional)
Canceled: These points will not be added to your account. For example, this will happen if you cancel a purchase (the points will change from pending to canceled)

# Why did my account balance go down?

The culprit is usually a canceled or returned purchase. If there are any other issues, just get in touch with us and we will do the needful.

# I completed an activity but didn't earn points!

It can sometimes take a few minutes for us to process your activity and provide your points. The Backend is probably working at it as you read this. Don't worry, we will do everything to give you what you deserve!

# Can I use my points during checkout?

Not directly - please redeem your points for a voucher which can then be applied during checkout.

# How do I leave the program?

If you no longer wish to earn points, please contact us and ask to be unenrolled. We'll unenroll you and you will lose any points you have accrued.

# What happens if I leave and decide to join again?

Just contact us and we will add you back.
Your points total back to what it was.

# Where can I report a problem or give feedback?
