Prepaid Orders

  • Refunds are processed as monetary refunds to your original payment method.
  • A ₹100 processing fee applies, irrespective of the number of items in the order.
  • Want to avoid the ₹100 fee? You can self-ship the product to us.

COD (Cash on Delivery) Orders

  • Refunds are processed as monetary refunds (via bank transfer or similar).
  • The ₹49 COD shipping charge is non-refundable, but you’ll still receive the product value.
  • A ₹100 processing fee applies unless you self-ship the product to us.

Important Notes

  1. No Direct Exchanges – please place a fresh order for the item
    • Exchanges are not processed directly.
    • For an exchange, we’ll refund the product value after receiving the item, and you can place a new order for the desired product.
  2. Item Condition:
    • If the returned item (via self-ship or pickup service) is damaged or not the correct product (unless we sent a damaged item), the return request can not be entertained.
    • While courier services usually ensure this doesn’t happen, such returns cannot be processed if they do occur.
  3. Self-Ship Recommendations:
    • We recommend using India Post for self-shipping. They are reliable, reasonable, and ensure delivery.

If you request a refund:

    • Refund Value: ₹500 (product value).
    • Processing Fee: ₹100 deducted unless you self-ship the item.
    • If the returned item is damaged (not caused by us) or incorrect, the request will be declined.
