Return Policy 2024

Customers wishing to return will be deemed to be in agreement of the following terms and conditions 🤝
 
  • Return and Exchange Window: Customers are entitled to return or exchange items within 7 days from the date of delivery. 
  • Incase of defects, please mail us at care@p3india.com or whatsapp us at 9330765168 with a picture of the defect in the product within 24 hours of the order being delivered. Incase of defects, we will ship the correct item to you and pickup the defect item at no extra charge.  Post 24 hours, we cannot entertain an exchange or a return for defective items.

Returns can be classified under 2 sections, refunds or exchanges. 

  • Orders📦 that are prepaid by customers at the time of placing the order qualify for full refunds. 
  • Cash on Delivery orders📦 do not qualify for monetary refunds instead an equivalent amount in STORE COUPON CODE only is given to the customer(amount is equal to product value in the order, associated COD fees are not refunded)
  • Shipping charges or equivalent COD fee are not refundable
In case of returns, the item has to be returned to our office. This can be done by us via 1) reverse pickup service or the customer can also 2) self ship the order.

1) Reverse Pick Up Service (RPS): In case of reverse pick up service (RPS), a reverse pickup fee of Rs 75 is applicable against the entire order (irrespective of the number of items in the order) - this fee is payable prior to pickup. 

2) SELF SHIPMENT BY THE CUSTOMER: Customers can opt to self ship the item to our address. We suggest using the Government of India postal service - INDIA POST or SPEED POST. The charge will be minimal and we will get the item. Sometimes using other couriers result in the item being returned to the customer.

Please note that : In case we can't collect the item due to a pin code issue, the customer will have to self ship to us.

✅ Eg 1 (Exchange for COD order) You place a COD order size XL (value 500+49 COD charges, you pay 549 to the courier), but now wish to exchange the size to L. We will send you a link for payment for Rs.100 and post payment pickup the XL item. We shall receive and verify this and send L. We estimate this entire turnaround to be done in 7-10 working days maximum (time taken till you get the new item)

✅ Eg 2 (Refund for COD order) You place a COD order size XL (value 500+49 COD charges, you pay 549 to the courier), but now wish to opt for a refund. We will send you a link for payment for Rs.100 and post payment pickup the XL item. Once the item is received and verified by us, store credit to the tune of Rs. 500 will be credited to your account using which you can make future purchases

✅ Eg 3 (Exchange for prepaid order) You place a Prepaid order size XL (value 500, you pay 500 online), but now wish to exchange the size to L. We will send you a link for payment for Rs.100 and post payment pickup the XL item. We shall receive and verify this and send L. We estimate this entire turnaround to be done in 7-10 working days maximum (time taken till you get the new item)

✅ Eg 4 (Refund for Prepaid order) You place a Prepaid order size XL (value 500, you pay online), but now wish to opt for a refund. We will send you a link for payment for Rs.100 and post payment pickup the XL item. Once the item is received and verified by us, a FULL REFUND to the tune of Rs. 500 will be credited to your account in 5-7 working days.

 

Verification Process 📘

  1. All returns and exchanges are subject to a verification process. We must receive and inspect the original order to confirm its condition before proceeding with an exchange or refund.
  2. Products must be returned in the same condition as they were delivered. Items not in their original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for a refund or exchange.
  • Refund Processing Time: Please allow up to 7 days for the processing of refunds once the return has been verified.
