Questions often asked..
All products are returnable within 15 days of the delivery date. If you have received a product which is not the right size or shade, we will be happy to change the same. We will arrange a pickup and have the correct items delivered within a 2-3 day window (we try earlier) Items must be unwashed and tags in tact. The only exception to this rule is "Items on sale"
The honest truth is that it depends on your pin code. For example, Metro city orders get delivered in 1-2 days. On the other hands, Tier 2 & 3 city orders get delivered in 2-3 days. Sometimes it can be around 4-5 days. We take an average for about 4 days post dispatch (mostly sooner) Orders take a day to prepare (exception if received on Saturday) and are usually shipped in 24 hours.
Yes, we have Cash on Delivery. You can select it after you fill your shipping details. it will come up under payment options (along with prepaid methods). Please note, we charge 90 rupees for COD shipments and if refused after 3 attempts, reserve the right to ban the customer from future orders. Shipping is a costly affair and we do not encourage indulgence in malpractices for sales.
